We strive to send the same Cleaning Technician each visit. Occasionally we may need to send a different Technician due to scheduling conflicts or illness. Sparkling Green reserves the right to change Cleaning Technicians at the last minute to avoid skipped appointments. All of our Technicians are trained to the same standard, and they understand the importance of consistent quality and care.
Do I need to be home while the work is being done?
You can choose to be at home or away during your cleaning. If you choose to be away, you can provide us with a front door, garage door, or lock box code prior to arrival.
Can my pets remain home during the cleaning?
Pets are a part of the family, and we are flexible to work around them. For animals that may be nervous or protective, we ask that they be secured in a separate room (that doesn’t require cleaning) while we work.
