We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

DO YOU PROVIDE THE CLEANING SUPPLIES?

All cleaning supplies will be provided so that you do not have to worry about having anything ready or supplied for the cleaning.  We are committed to using non-toxic cleaning products, HEPA vacuums, and anti-bacterial microfibers throughout your home.

We offer services on a weekly, bi-weekly or every four-week basis.

 Pets are a part of the family, and we are flexible to work with them around your home.  For animals that may be on the aggressive side or nervous while your home is being cleaned, we ask that the pet be secured in a separate room while we are working.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a $40 fee will be charged. If your scheduled cleaning day falls on a holiday, we will reach out to reschedule your appointment.

You can choose to be at home or away during your cleaning.  If you choose to be away, you can provide us with a key to gain access to your home which will be identified by a unique client number.  Front or garage door codes, or lock boxes work well too.

 Payment is due the day of cleaning by email transfer, cash or cheque (email transfer is preferable). A receipt can be provided upon request and will be sent electronically..

All of our staff are interviewed, reference checked and pass a criminal background check.

Accidents do happen however great care will be taken to avoid any damage.  Our Cleaning Technicians are instructed to contact us immediately if anything breaks in a customer's home.  To let us know about any damage, contact us as soon as possible. To facilitate validations and claims, please be specific in your explanations to our team.
